Hailey Ferguson is a Senior Attorney and the Estate Planning Lead at Seymour and Vaughn. She is an essential piece in strengthening and guiding the firm’s Estate Planning Department. With more than five years of concentrated experience in estate planning and probate, Hailey has a reputation for combining technical precision with a compassionate, client-centered approach.
Her work is driven by a belief that thoughtful planning not only protects assets, but also brings peace of mind, stability, and long-term security to the families and business owners she serves.
A San Antonio native and graduate of St. Mary’s University School of Law, Hailey designs and implements comprehensive estate plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances. Her experience includes wills, trusts, advanced directives, asset-protection structures, and multi-generational planning.
As a leader of Seymour and Vaughn’s Estate Planning Department, Hailey cultivates a practice rooted in collaboration, innovation, and client education. Outside the office, Hailey serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors for TEAMability, a local nonprofit that provides speech, occupational, and physical therapy to children and young adults with complex disabilities. In this role, she promotes dignity, inclusion, and access to services for individuals often overlooked by society – values that deeply inform her professional philosophy.
At her core, Hailey is deeply committed to both service and family.
