10/10 service. They held my hand through the entire process and all the confusing legal parts. The staff really knows how to go above and beyond. The receptionist is always prompt, timely, and excellent at customer service. As for the lawyers, you couldn’t ask for better ones. They are excellent at their jobs and know the county and court system well enough to fight for you where it matters. They kept me informed every step of the way and explained things in a way that actually made sense. They make you rest easy at night knowing they have your back. I recommend them to anybody and everybody who will listen.

My Wife and I were looking for a Family Law Attorney to create an Estate Plan and replace our 25 year old Wills and POA. We attended a very nice dinner seminar put on by Seymour & Vaughn. We then decided to set down with one of their very knowledgeable and capable attorneys at their office in New Braunfels, TX She made the whole process easy and affordable. They covered every aspect of our needs with care and simplicity we both were able to comprehend and appreciate. As it turns out, our old documents would have come under a lot of red flags if we had an unforeseen need. If you’re needing to update your wills and trust document that will pass scrutiny with the Texas courts Seymour & Vaughn will get it done. I was appointed this group for my charges in court, & I felt like they did a great job. They communicated with me via their app at any time, & I was able to load any & all documents needed to the app, as well. You don't know the gold standard in attorneys until you use Seymour & Vaughn. Hailey Ferguson drafted a Living Trust for me, and it was a delight to work with her. Her attention to detail and gentle demeanor helped me through a difficult transition when my husband passed away. I have full confidence that she had my interests at heart and drafted a very sound product that protected my assets while honoring my very specific wishes. She walked me through things I had not thought about. She and her assistant followed up many times and even provided a legacy video of me reiterating my directives in my own voice. This was a wonderful addition that I still like listening and watching over again. I highly recommend their services and especially appreciated Hailey’s family-like care she provided at a very vulnerable time. She still calls to check on me long after they've been paid. That's real care.
